Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Ashghal practical completion certificate, applicant has to visit the roads operations and maintenance of the assets affairs sector at the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ashghal office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the roads operations and maintenance of the assets affairs sector in the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. Ashghal will conduct an inspection on the site to ensure it has been reinstated as per the code of practice and if all elements are deemed satisfactory the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
9. After the inspection, the applicant will be later requested to collect the Ashghal practical completion certificate on a specified date.

4. In the next page, please select the preferable user option to you, then complete the form with necessary information and click on “REGISTER” button.
5. After successful login, please select the service “PRACTICAL COMPLETION CERTIFICATE (PCC) REQUEST”.
6. In the next page, read the description carefully and click “LOGIN TO APPLY” button.
7. In the next page, please enter the required information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on “Submit” button.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. Ashghal will conduct an inspection on the site to ensure it has been reinstated as per the code of practice and if all elements are deemed satisfactory the authorities will provide the franchise permission.

• If there is still work remaining, a rejection letter will be provided detailing the pending works that have to be completed to receive the PCC.
