Procedure

Apply Online

1. To apply for additional place of work of health practitioner through online, visit the following link: Online portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your username and password then click on “LOGIN” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on “REGISTER” button.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information then click on “Submit” button.
5. Now you will receive an email with the instructions. In the Email please click on “Activate My Account” button.
6. After successful login, click on “Create and Submit Request” option then click on “Apply for Additional Place of Work” option.
7. Now complete the form with necessary information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button.
8. Once you complete this, you will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information.
9. After reviewing your information, pay the appropriate fees through your debit or credit card.
10. After successful payment, now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
11. After verification process, additional place of work of health practitioner will be updated.

• Copy of valid passport.
• Copy of valid QID card (front and back).
• A recent no objection letter from the employer for the addition of scope.
• Copy of additional academic certificates relevant to the new scope (if applicable).
• Copy of additional experience certificates (with an issue date) relevant to the new scope (if applicable).

• Health practitioners shall submit a request to the Qatar council for healthcare practitioner in the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) to apply for additional place of work of health practitioner.

• Qatar ID card number.
• Passport number.
