Apply In-Person:

  1. Toapply financial assistance for cancer patients, applicant has to visit the NCCCR Social Department at Qatar Cancer Society (QCS) office.

  3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at QCS office.
  4. Nowcomplete the form with necessary information andmake sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the QCS office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After verification process, financial assistance will be provided.
