Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply artistic show organizing license of motor arts performance, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Culture and Sports (MCS) office.

  3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ministry of Culture and Sports (MCS) office.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Ministry of Culture and Sports (MCS) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the artistic show organizing license of motor arts performance on a specified date.

  7. Now complete the field with required information then select the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox and click on the “Continue” button.
  8. In the next page, please enter the required personal information and then click on “Continue” button.
  9. In the next page, please enter the new password and click on “Continue” button.
  10. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain message to finish registration of your account and tap on the “login” option to login which is available on the right side of the page.
  11. Now you will receive an email with a verification link. Verify your email using that link. After verify your email successfully, now the username and password will be activated for new users.
  12. After successful login, select the service "Request for a license to organize an artistic show or artistic event” option under “Culture and Arts Services” section and click on “LOG IN TO THE SERVICE” button.
  13. Now complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “SUBMIT THE REQUEST” button to submit the application.
  14. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  15. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the artistic show organizing license of motor arts performance on a specified date.
