- To appeal on Disciplinary Board Decisions against local engineering offices, applicant has to visit the Engineers and Engineering Offices Accrediting and Classifying Committee at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

- Applicant has to visit the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
- Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
- Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the engineers and engineering offices accrediting and classifying committee in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
- Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
- After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

- Applicant shall submit a request to the engineers and engineering offices accrediting and classifying committee in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to appeal on a decision made by the Primary Disciplinary Board.
- Applicant should enclose a digital copy of the primary disciplinary board notice within fifteen days of receiving it or from date of notification.
