Apply Online

  1. To add or change scope of work of health practitioner through online, visit the following link: Online portal
  2. If you already have an account, please enter your username and password then click on “LOGIN” button.
  3. If you don’t have an account, click on “REGISTER” button.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information then click on “Submit” button.
  5. Now you will receive an email with the instructions. In the Email please click on “Activate My Account” button.
  6. In the next page, please enter the new password and click on “Submit” button.
  7. After successful login, click on “Create and Submit Request” option then click on “Apply for a Change Scope of Work” request.
    • Note: This option available only for license holders.
  8. Now complete the form with necessary information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button.
  9. Once you complete this, you will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information.
  10. After reviewing your information, pay the appropriate fees through your debit or credit card.
  11. After successful payment, now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  12. After verification process, scope of work of health practitioner will be added or changed.

Required DocumentsEdit

  • Copy of valid passport.
  • Copy of valid QID card (front and back).
  • A recent no objection letter from the employer for the addition/change of scope.
  • Copy of additional academic certificates relevant to the new scope (if applicable).
  • Copy of additional experience certificates (with an issue date) relevant to the new scope (if applicable).
  • Copy of the verification report for any additional documents.

  • Health practitioners who have valid passport or Qatar ID card are eligible to apply.

  • Health practitioners shall submit a request to the Qatar council for healthcare practitioner in the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) to add or change scope of work of health practitioner.


Required InformationEdit

  • Name of the applicant.
  • Address.
  • Phone number.
  • Email ID.
  • Qatar ID card number.
  • Passport number.


Need for the DocumentEdit

  • To adding or changing the scope of work registered in the medical license in case of moving to work in another health facility.
