Punjab - Online Obtain New Water Connection
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining New Water Connection
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now click “Apply W&S” option under “Online Services” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Complete the application form with valid details.

- Step 5 : To attach files click “Choose File” tab highlighted in RED. Then click “Forward” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : After submission you will receive an Application Number and notification regarding the same via SMS and email also.
- Step 7 : After verification of the site Estimate of charges will be generated and sent to you via email and SMS.
- To Pay Water Estimation Fee:
- Step 1 : Please use the following link to pay fee : Fee link.
- Step 2 : Now click “Online Payments” option under “Online Services” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Then click “Water Estimation Fee” option highlighted in RED.
- Step 3 : Enter your application number and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED to go the payment page.
- Step 4 : Please follow the screen instructions and complete the payment process.
- Step 5 : Download the fee receipt after payment. On the notified date please visit the respective office and submit the documents.
- Step 6 : This application will be processed further and upon notification applicant has to follow the guidelines of authorities to get connection.
