Punjab - Online Change Address of Pet Dog Registration

Step 2 : To change address of Pet Dog Registration online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Apply Online

Step 3 : You will enter Ludhiana Municipal Corporation home page. Under ‘Services’ section please click “Online Services” option which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the given below.

Step 4 : Now, you will be taken to "Citizen Services" page with some options. Here, click on "Pet Registration" option from the menu which is highlighted in "RED" in the image given below.

Step 5 : In the given page, please click on “Pet Registration - New/Fresh Registration of Pet” which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 6 : An interface will display on your screen, to close it click on “x” which is pointed with “YELLOW” arrow in the image given below.

Step 7 : User will reach a new page of Pet Registration. Among the given options, select “Change Address Apply for Application of Change of Address” option which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to change the address.

Step 8 : The “Search License” page will display on the screen for you to search for the existing registration number. Here, enter any detail as prompted and click on "Search" button which is highlighted in "YELLOW" in the image below.

Step 9 : If you have already registered, your pet details will be displayed below in the same page as shown in the image below.

Step 10 : Instruction screen will be displayed. Go through the details and click the close icon to close the screen.

Step 11 : Applicant will reach online application page. Please complete the prompts as appropriate. Upload photo of applicant and pet. Complete the payment section as applicable.

Step 12 : Once all the details are filled please click the check box for “I agree….” option to get the “Receive OTP” button. Please click “Receive OTP” button.

Step 13 : Applicant will receive OTP in the registered mobile number.

Step 14 : Enter the received OTP at the prompted space and click applicable option and follow the onscreen information to complete the online application.

Step 15 : Please save the acknowledgement for future reference.

Step 16 : This application will be processed further.

Step 17 : Applicant shall follow the department notification to get the change in address.
