Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To Apply or Renew License for Higher Secondary School, please visit the SCHOOL EDUCATION BOARD. The address and contact details of the office can be found in the following Contact link.
2. Visit the Office and get the application form to apply or renew License for Higher Secondary School from the relevant department.
3. Please fill the application with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page. Attach all the important documents mentioned.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
6. Your application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
7. After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with the license issuance process.

• Approved plan from the competent authority of the DTCP/CMDA

• Structural Stability Certificate from engineers panel approved by the District Collector
• Sanitary certificate
• No objection certificate issued by the Fire and Rescue Department
• Proof to be attached for one month salary of the teachers deposited in any nationalized Bank
• Photographs/details of the School infrastructure
• Payment receipt

Eligibility

• Any person who wishes to set up a Higher Secondary school can apply.
• Any person who wishes to set up a Higher Secondary School should bear a Registered Trust / Society
• The certificate should be obtained verification from the Deputy Director of Elementary education.
