Puducherry - Online Obtain Birth Certificate

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Please complete the registration form with valid details.

- Step 4 : After completion please click “SEND APPLICATION” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Then you will receive the confirmation message as shown below.
- Step 6 : This submitted application will be processed further to issue certificate after verification.
