Procedure

1. You may apply for a Youth Card online - Link. Simply follow the instructions on how to fill up the form.
2. You may also apply in person by going to a Citizen Service Centre, use the contact information provided below to locate the nearest one.
3. Submit a completed form and present your valid identification.
4. Pay the application fee.

Fees

Application fee: 10, which includes the youth card pack.
