Procedure

To get a learner driver license, you would have to get in touch with the local DMV in your area with identification documents that are required. You would be required to clear a test and you will be provided with a PKK number, which you could use it as a learner driver license.

In the office of the district office in your area. If you live in a city with county rights - apply now the city council. If you live in Warsaw - submit an application to the appropriate district office for your place of residence. The best go to the office in person. It may happen that due to illness, disability or other reason, you can not personally go to the office. Then you can send all the documents by post. If you are a diplomat - submit an application in the Office of the Marshal Mazowiecki in Warsaw.
