Philippines - Correction of Entry TESDA National Certificate (NC) / Certificate of Competency (COC)

You are a Philippines citizen. You hold a TESDA National Certificate (NC) or a Certificate of Competency (COC) but the NC/COC had erroneous entry in. You should apply for correction of entry in NC/COC. Please follow the guide below:
- Prepare the requirements:
- The Letter of Request
- Your original copy of the NC/COC
- Your Picture (one picture, coloured, passport size)
- Certified photocopy of your Passport or Birth Certificate
- The Letter of Request
- Apply for correction of entry in NC/COC
Visit the TESDA-issuing office of your NC/COC Office Locations or map, present the required documents and apply for correction of entry in the NC/COC. Claim your NC/COC on the scheduled date given by the TESDA issuing office. Do not forget to bring your valid Identification Card (ID) or a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) if claimed by your representative on the scheduled date.

Note: NTC issued Memorandum Order No. 10-10-2017 last October 27, 2017, directing all telecommunications providers in the country to migrate all its customers to eight-digit telephone numbers.

A customer who still incorrectly dials the old seven-digit number will hear a special announcement saying the format has been changed to eight-digit, for a period of three months after the migration (March 18, 2019 to June 17, 2019).

Important:
- The NC/COC must be released directly to the applicant. However, if to be claimed by a representative, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) by the applicant should be submitted.
- Applicant must also present the official receipt and a valid ID upon claiming of NC/COCs.
- Falsification or fraudulent duplication of documents shall be ground for disqualification/forfeiture of the right to participate in any assessment certification or similar program of TESDA.
