- To Apply for Grant Scholarship Program, the applicant has to approach the COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION (CHED) – PHILIPPINES link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- There is no fee for a Scholarship.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- If the applicant is selected as a finalist for the scholarship program, the applicant may be asked to participate in an interview or provide additional information.
- If the applicant is awarded the scholarship, make sure to fulfill all the requirements and obligations associated with the program, such as maintaining a certain GPA or participating in specific activities.
- This entire process can be completed within 25 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

- Duly accomplished application form
- High school diploma or PEPT certificate
- Transcript of records or certificate of grades for college students
- Certification of enrollment or admission in an identified university or college
- Certificate of good moral character from a school official
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or guardians or Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue
- Other supporting documents as required by the CHED or the identified university or college
- Any other documents (If required)

- To be eligible for the Scholarship, applicants must be Filipino citizens who are high school graduates or holders of a Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) certificate.
