Step 1: Attend the seminar on Basic Hygiene and Sanitation
- To Attend the seminar on Basic Hygiene and Sanitation the applicant has to schedule an interview with the Bureau of Quarantine online scheduling system link
- The applicant has to log in and verify their vaccination certificate. If the applicant doesn’t have a login Id the applicant can click sign up and create an account then log in.
- The applicant has to click the “Earliest Available appointment Schedule” to check the early appointments.
- Then the applicant has to click the “Book an Appointment” and agree with the terms and conditions.
- The applicant has to enter their Email Address and select the date and time for the appointment.
- Then the applicant has to enter their particulars and pay the appointment fee as prescribed. After successful payment, download the appointment receipt and approach the Bureau of Quarantine on the scheduled date.
- The applicant has to get the application form 135 from the authorized officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form.
- The applicant has to attach the following required documents along with the application form.
- Endorsement letter from Company
- Official Receipt of Laboratory Examination
- 2 pc 1×1 ID picture
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of 300 pesos to attend the seminar.
- The authority will review the application, upon successful completion the authority officer will issue the receipt of the application form.
- The applicant must carry out the receipt while attending the seminar.
- The seminar will be scheduled for every Thursday (8-12NN).

Step 2: Obtain Health Certificate for Food Handlers or food handling certificate
- To obtain a food handling certificate the applicant has to schedule an interview with the Bureau of Quarantine online scheduling system link

- Then the applicant has to obtain the application form of food handling certificate and fill in all necessary details in the application form.
- The Applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
- Submit the application form along with the required documents and pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authorized officer.
- After submitting, the authority will verify the application form and the required documents.
- Upon successful completion, the authority will issue the food handling certificate to the applicant.
- The processing time of the procedure takes up to one month.
