Pasig - Replace TESDA National Certificate (NC) / Certificate of Competency (COC)

This procedure explains various ways to Replace TESDA National Certificate (NC) / Certificate of Competency (COC) in Pasig.
You are a Pasig citizen. You hold a TESDA National Certificate (NC) or a Certificate of Competency (COC) but the NC/COC was lost or damaged, you should apply for replacement the NC/COC. Please follow the below guidelines to do it:
- Prepare the requirements:
- Letter of Request;
- The duly notarized Affidavit of Loss in case of lost NC/COC;
- The Original NC/COC in case of damage NC/COC;
- Your picture (1 picture, coloured, passport size).
- Apply for replacement of the NC/COC
- Visit the TESDA-issuing office of your NC/COC Office Location , present the required documents and apply for replacement of the NC/COC.
- Claim your NC/COC on the scheduled date given by the TESDA issuing office.
- Do not forget to bring the Official Receipt and your valid Identification Card (ID) or a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) if claimed by your representative on the scheduled date.

Note: NTC issued Memorandum Order No. 10-10-2017 last October 27, 2017, directing all telecommunications providers in the country to migrate all its customers to eight-digit telephone numbers.

A customer who still incorrectly dials the old seven-digit number will hear a special announcement saying the format has been changed to eight-digit, for a period of three months after the migration (March 18, 2019 to June 17, 2019).
