Procedure

1. To renew the business registration of an industrial company operating in Paraguay, applicants must submit an application in person to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
2. Applicants will need to complete and submit an application to renew registration.
3. The application must be submitted together with these documents:
   1. Single Taxpayer Registration (RUC)
   2. Current Identity Card of the Owner (s)
   3. Municipal patent (of the current year)
   4. Environmental license, or proof of the beginning of the formalities, issued by the Ministry of the Environment (SEAM)
   5. Photographs of Industry (machinery and products)
   6. Simple photocopy of the following:
      Title of property or lease
      Balance sheet
      Revaluation table
      Receipt of Ande (last month)
      Receipt of payment of technical verification fee.
   7. Authenticated photocopy of the following:
      Semiannual template of employees and workers, submitted to the Ministry of Justice and Labor
      By-laws of the company
4. Pay the application fee.
5. It may take the Ministry about 5 days to process the application.
