1. Submit required documents at the PUBLIC ENTERPRISES National Electricity Administration (ANDE)
2. Fill in the application form
3. Pay the connection fee

1. Application Form duly Electric Power Supply required data and signed by the owner of the property and responsible Electrician
2. For legal persons, attach a certified copy of the Articles of Association (Association or Incorporation) Act of Assembly charges
3. Current allocation or designation or grant of Power for legal representation of the company and company seal Authenticated photocopy
4. Photocopy of Certificate of Identity current owner of the property or the Legal Representatives s / Statutes (for cases of Corporations
5. Photocopy of Driver Electrician responsible
6. Sketch of location of the property
7. Signing of Contract by the owner or authorized person
8. Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC) of the Legal Entity applicant
9. Application form: Application for Electricity Supply (SAEE) Available in Mesa Entry and www.ande.gov.py)
