Procedure

1. For court marriages in Pakistan, please contact a lawyer who should be able to help you out.
2. You should have the documents that are listed under Required Documents section of this page.
3. 2 Muslim Witness for Sharai Nikah.
4. In case of second marriage for Groom permission from first wife and for Bride valid Divorce Certificate.
5. In case of marriage with out side Pakistani national need Passport copies and photo.

• Appropriate completed application form
• Matriculation certificate
• Couple having original CNIC
• 6 passport size photo.

Processing Time

For Nikah only a day require. For marriage registration 1 more day required. And for marriage certificate up to 3 days needed.
