Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Pesticide Service Registration in person, the applicant has to visit the nearest Regional office of the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.

3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for Pesticides Service Registration from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that all the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page are available.
5. Complete the application as per convenience, attest it with signature and attach the required documents with the application form.
6. Then, submit the application package to the relevant authority at the office. Fees details can be obtained from the office and made through any of the available payment modes.
7. Upon receipt of the application and all the required information, the Department will proceed to review and assess the submitted information.
8. On completion of the review, the office will inform the applicant through phone number or email to collect the registration certificate.

• Legal land description and/or Block Plan number

• All businesses operating within the Province of Ontario require a registration issued by the Government to use or apply pesticides, according to the Pesticide Regulations.
