- To Apply for Pesticide Selling as a Wholesale Vendor Registration, the applicant will need to create a Public Secure and ministry account online. Here is the contact Link
- Click on the following link to the login page Link
- If the applicant has an account, they can log in. If the applicant does not have an account, follow these steps:
- On the log-in page, click on the “Access environment service” option.
- Click on the “Create account” option.
- Enter email address and password and agree to the terms and conditions, click on “Create account”.
- Enter other information when prompted.
- The applicant will need to enter address and additional information and click on “Submit”.
- The applicant will receive a pop-up confirmation that their ministry client account has been created. the applicant will also receive an email confirmation.
- Click OK and the system will take the applicant to the Environmental Permissions Platform to access their ministry services online.
- Once logged in, the applicant can apply for a pesticide vendor license.
- The applicant will be directed to the application form. Fill out the application form with all the relevant details.
- The applicant will need to provide proof of certification for the Ontario Certified Outlet Representative (General vendor applicants only).
- The applicant will need to pay fees. Find further information under the “Fees” section of this page.
- The applicant will receive an email confirmation and an electronic copy of their pesticide licence.

EligibilityEdit
- The applicant must show that they are qualified to use, apply, handle and dispose of pesticides safely.
- The applicant must complete a course of training, acceptable to the inspector, respecting
- pesticides.
- The applicant must prove that they are insured for public liability arising from the business in an amount not less than $1,000,000.
FeesEdit
- The applicant will need to pay a fee of 110$ for a limited class license.
- The applicant will need to pay a fee of 200$ for a general class vendor license.
- The applicant will need to pay a fee of 200$ for a treated Seed class vendor licence.
ValidityEdit
The General and Limited class vendor licences are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. The Treated Seed class vendor licence does not expire.
