Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for Grazing Permit or License (GRP) in person, the applicant has to visit the local Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry district office nearest to their location.
  2. Address and Contact details of the offices can be found in the following Contact link
  3. The applicant has to visit the office as applicable and obtain an Application for Grazing Licence/Permit from the respective department.
  4. While visiting the office, the applicants should carry the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to complete the application with required details in respective fields under each section and submit it to the relevant official with the required documents.
  6. During the submission, the official will inform the amount of fees to be paid for the licence. The applicant has to pay the required fees, through any of the available payment modes.
  7. Then, the submitted application and attached documents will be assessed and verified.
  8. Upon completion of the assessment and verification, the applicant will be intimated through phone or email to collect the approved Grazing Licence/Permit.
