Apply In-Person:
- To apply for Farm Implement Dealer Licence in person, the applicant has to visit the Farm Implements Act Program in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

- The applicant has to visit the office and obtain the application form for Farm Implement Dealer Licence, from the relevant department. Or it can be found in the following Application form
- The applicant can download the form by clicking the “Print” button on the top of the page.
- While visiting the office, the applicants should carry the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to complete the application with required details in respective fields under each section.
- After that, the applicant should attach the required documents with the completed form and submit it to the relevant official with the required documents.
- Then, the applicant should pay the fees of 200 dollars for the licence cheque or money order in Canadian Funds, payable to the Minister of Finance.
- Then, the submitted application and attached documents will be assessed and verified.
- Upon completion of the assessment and verification, the applicant will be intimated through phone or email to collect the approved Farm Implement Dealer Licence.

- To apply for Farm Implement Dealer Licence through mail, the applicant has to send a mail application to the Farm Implements Act Program in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
- The mailing address is as follows: Farm Implements Act Program, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Environmental Management Branch, 1 Stone Road West, 3SE Guelph, ON N1G 4Y2.
- First, the applicant has to download the application form by visiting the following Application form link

- The applicant has to complete the application with required details in respective fields under each section.
- After that, the applicant should attach the required documents with the completed form and send to the above-mentioned mail address through a safe and secure mail service.
- Then, the applicant should pay the fees of 200 dollars for the licence cheque or money order in Canadian Funds, payable to the Minister of Finance.
- Then, the submitted application and attached documents will be assessed and verified.
- Upon completion of the assessment and verification, the applicant will be intimated through phone or email to collect the approved Farm Implement Dealer Licence.
