Procedure

1. You may need to undergo a medical examination to obtain proof that you are medically fit and free from any infectious diseases. The tests (if necessary) may include clinical examination and laboratory and radiology. To apply for the procedure and to obtain a health certificate you will need to submit an application form to the Infectious Diseases Examination Section of the Ministry of Health.
2. Submit the application form together with all the required documents.
3. After you have submitted your application, pay the medical exam fee.
4. Undergo a medical examination:
5. Your Health Certificate will be issued on the same day.

Required Documents

Paradigm medical examination (to be completed by the offices and printing a picture with personal seal).

• Municipal model (extracted and stamped by the municipality).

For applicants who are Omani and are wishing to be married abroad:

• Prototype of the Special Management Service marriage abroad, Foreign Ministry.
• Valid identification: passport.

Eligibility

Citizens wishing to extract healthy license from the municipality and applicants requesting marriage from abroad

Fees

Medical examination fees for citizens wishing to marry abroad: RO 5
