Odisha - Online Apply to get Servant (Domestic Help) Verification

- Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : If you are a new user, register with your details by clicking on “Register” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 4 :Submit the details for registration by clicking on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 5 :In the login page, please enter “User Name”, “Password” and “captcha” as appropriate and click “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 6 :After login, hover your mouse on “Domestic Help Verification” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 7 :Then, click on “Add Domestic Help Verification Request” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 8 : Fill in the required details, upload the required documents and submit the application by clicking on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered. Pay the Domestic Help Verification Processing fee if required.

- Step 9 : After submission, you will receive your Service Request No. through SMS or E-Mail. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report. Any other information will be sent to the registered mobile Number.
