Odisha - Online Apply or Obtain Seed Sale Licence or Permit

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now click “Apply New License” option which is highlighted in RED under “State” menu in the below image.
- Step 4 : In this page please complete the registration form and click “Register” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Then click “Login” menu which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 6 : Enter the username and password and then click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : If you wish you can provide the account details or else click “Later” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now click “Seed” menu at the right corner of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow in the below image. Then click “Apply” option highlighted in RED under “State Level” menu at the left side of the page in the below image.
- Step 9 : Please provide applicant’s information and select applicable options from the dropdown menu. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Please complete other sections with proper information and click appropriate tab to proceed further.
- Step 11 : Upload necessary documents to complete the process of obtaining license.
- Step 12 : Complete the payment gateway as applicable and save the acknowledgement for future reference after submission of application.
- Step 13 : This application will be processed by respective department.
- Step 14 : Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
- Step 15 : Applicant shall use the application number/id to track the application through online portal.
- Step 16 : Please follow the page prompt to acquire the license as notified.
