Odisha - Online Apply for Agriculture Electricity Connection through NESCO

Step 2 : To apply for agriculture electricity connection online through NESCO, the applicants have to visit the government website using the following link : Apply Online

Step 3 : NESCO DASHBOARD will be displayed on the screen, on the left side of the page, please select “Applications” drop down menu which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image below.

Step 4 : Now, click on “Apply new” option which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

Step 5 : A pop-up will appear on the right corner of the display with language options. Please select either “Bangla or English” which are highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below of your preference.

Step 6 : The APPLICATION from will display on the screen as shown in the image below. Enter the necessary details as per the prompts.

Step 7 : In ‘CONNECTION DETAILS/EXTRA LOAD’ section, click on the drop down menu against “Type” column which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow in the image below to select the type of electricity connection.

Step 8 : To choose the purpose of electricity connection, click on drop down menu against “Category” column which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image given below.

Step 9 : Upload the required documents in the UPLOADING DOCUMENTS section, fill in the rest of the information and finally hit on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

Step 10 : OTP will be generated to the registered mobile number. Please enter the correct OTP and finalize the process.

Step 11 : Please save the online generated acknowledgement receipt along with application number for future reference.

Step 12 : Now choose the appropriate payment method to finish the payment process. Please save the transaction id generated for future reference.

Step 13 : Now the submitted application will be processed further. The applicant will receive notification from department (through SMS or over phone) for further process.

Step 14 : Applicant shall go to the respective office with the printout of application along with other documents and follow the guidelines to get the connection.
