Apply Online:
- To apply for the Odyssey Language Assistant Program, the applicant can approach the Official languages Program. Here is the contact Link
- Click on the following link to the online application form Link
- If the applicant has an account, they must enter their details to log in. If the applicant does not have an account, follow these steps:
- On the login page, click on the “Register” option.
- The applicant will need to enter all the relevant information when prompted.
- An email confirmation mail will be sent to the applicant, click on the link to activate the account.
- The applicant can go back to the login page and log in to their account.
- The applicant will need to create an application form.
- Fill out the application form with all the relevant details.
- The applicant will need to upload scanners copies of all the documents mentioned under the ”Required Documents” section of this page.
- Submit the application form by clicking on the “Submit” icon.
- The applicant does not need to pay fees.
- Once submitted, the application form will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
- If the applicant is selected, they will need to attend an interview.
- The applicant shall receive all communications and their results by email within a few weeks.

EligibilityEdit
- The applicant must have excellent language skills, both oral and written in at least one language (English or French).
- The applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- The applicant must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education before the start of their work.

- The applicant is not required to learn French, but they will be placed in francophone communities, so a basic understanding of french will be helpful.
