5. If the applicant has an account, they can log in Link If the applicant does not have an account, follow these steps:
   • On the login page, click on the “Create an account” option.
   • The applicant will need to read the privacy account statement and click on “Next”.
   • Enter email, password and hint questions and click on “Continue”.
   • The applicant will need to enter their personal information and click on “Continue”.
   • Enter all the other information when prompted.
   • The applicant's account will be created.
6. The applicant can browse through the jobs eligible for the program. Select the job the applicant wishes to apply for.
7. The applicant will be given instructions on how to go about applying.
8. Submit the application form when prompted.
9. The applicant will need to attach copies of the documents as mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
10. Once submitted, the application form will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
11. The applicant shall receive all communications and their results by email or through their account.
12. The applicant does not need to pay fees.
13. The application form will be processed within two weeks of the submission.
