  • The agent of a business person (other than an employee) engaged in carrying on business on behalf of the business person;

  • The full name, occupation and address in Niue of the applicant;
  • Whether the applicant intends his business to be that of a
    • sole operator;
    • partnership;
    • family business;
    • duly incorporated company;
  • The precise nature of the business for which the licence is sought;
  • The type of licence sought, namely;
    • a wholesalers licence;
    • a retailers licence;
    • a service providers licence;
  • Each business premise at, in, or from which, the applicant desires, or intends to engage in, or carry on the business;
  • The opening and closing hours of the business for which, approval is sought;
  • All other permits required to operate the business

  • Every licence shall have a registered number endorsed on it and on the issue of any licence, the Licensor shall forthwith deliver the licence to the business person named.
