Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for registering as Service Provider in Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Joint Qualification System (NOGIC JQS) in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board.

3. Visit the office with a letter of intent for registering as Service Provider in Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Joint Qualification System (NOGIC JQS) from the respective department.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Attach the required documents with the application letter and submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.
6. Pay the required amount of fees for application processing and registration.
7. After submission, the application and other documents will be forwarded for examination and verification processes.
8. When the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved and the officials will proceed to take required steps to issue the registration certificate.
9. On successful registration, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office for collecting registration certificate.
   

Apply Online

1. To apply for registering as Service Provider in Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Joint Qualification System (NOGIC JQS) online, the applicant has to first create a Service Company profile in the NOGIC JQS portal.
2. For that, first send a letter of intent and other required documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page, to the following email ID: [email protected]
3. Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board administrator creates the service company profile. An email notification would be sent to the default email address containing the login information (username and password).
4. If you have not received your user name and password combination, contact the NCDMB system administrator whose contact number is as follows: 016310962
5. After Successful creation of your portal user account as a service company on the NOGIC JQS Platform, login using your username (default email address) and portal password.
6. Upon successful login, update your company basic profile and upload the logo of your company. Update your company capacity profile information across the required dimensions as instructed.
7. After submission, the application and other documents will be forwarded for examination and verification processes.
8. When the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved and the officials will proceed to take required steps to issue the registration certificate.
9. On successful registration, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office for collecting registration certificate.
