Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for registering as Contractor, Vendor, or supplier with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), the applicant has to visit the office of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.

  3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for Registration as Contractor, Vendor, or supplier with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
  4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Complete the form as required with relevant details under respective sections. After completing the application form, attach the required documents with the completed form.
  6. Then, proceed to submit the application and the required documents to the relevant authority at the office in person for further processes.
  7. After submission, the completed form and corresponding documents will be put into further verification processes.
  8. Once all the processes get completed, the authorities will take the necessary steps for the registration process.
  9. When the registration certificate is ready for collection, the applicant will be communicated and asked to collect it by any applicable means.

  2. Registration form will open, complete all the sections provided with the relevant fields by entering the respective details and making appropriate selections.
  3. Complete registration form with particular attention to your area of specialization(s) and click “Submit” button.
  4. A pop-up will appear, click “ok” button to proceed.Completed Application form will be displayed.
  5. Make a hard copy of it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the application process.
  6. Further, find the documents required in the “Required documents” section of this page and prepare scanned copies of it.
  7. Now, compose an email attaching all the scanned copies and send it to the following email address:[email protected]
  8. After submission, the completed form and corresponding documents will be put into further verification processes.
  9. Once all the processes get completed, the authorities will take the necessary steps for the registration process.
  10. When the registration certificate is ready for collection, the applicant will be communicated and asked to collect it by any applicable means.

  • The company must have an Incorporation Certificate and a Certificate from Department of Petroleum Resources.
  • The company’s tax dues must have been cleared for the past three years.

  • This registration is mandatory to ensure that all Contractors, Vendors and Suppliers are classified under specified work categories in addition to capturing all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements of working in the Nigerian oil and gas industries.
  • It is important that the completed form must contain all the information required properly and the form must be filled legibly, in order to get accepted by the Authority.
  • Make sure that you attach all the required documents as specified by the authority to avoid rejections.
  • The applicants are advised to contact the nearest NNPC Supply Chain Management Office nationwide for further clarifications.
