Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for getting Certificate of Experience from Pharmacists Council in person, the applicant has to visit the Accredited Internship Centre in which he/she got the training.
2. Internship training centres accredited by the PCN can be found in the following Training centres link
3. Visit the Internship Centre and enquire the Certification Department about the procedure to obtain the Certificate of Experience.
4. Officials over there will guide you applicably and they might ask you to complete an application format (if required) to obtain the certificate.
5. Do as instructed and complete the application format (if any) with required details of the applicant and the programme he/she attended.
6. Attach the documents (as required) with the application format and submit it to the relevant official.
7. Pay the required amount of fees (if any) by following the instructions of the officials.
8. After all the necessary processes are over and the centre made sure that the applicant owes the Certificate, the applicant will be informed about the approval through phone or email.
9. Further, the applicant can collect the certificate by any applicable means.

• The applicant must have successfully completed the training programme, as stipulated by the Internship centre.
