Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for a Professional Hunters Licence in person, the applicant must visit the office of Federal Department of Forestry.
  2. The address and contact details of the office can be found in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
  3. Visit the office and get an application form for a Professional Hunters Licence as applicable to your requirement from the respective department.
  4. Also get clarified about the attachments and important documents to be enclosed with the application form.
  5. Now, complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections. Attest it with your signature once completed.
  6. Once completed filling the application form, make sure that you have attached all the documents as required and submit it in person to the Commissioner or Forest Officer at the office.
  7. After submission, the application and other documents will be forwarded for examination and verification processes.
  8. Once the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved and the officials will proceed to take required steps to issue the permit.
  9. When the document is ready to be collected, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office and the applicant can collect it by any applicable means.
