Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Travel and Medical Insurance in person, the applicant has to first contact a licensed Insurance broker as applicable to his/her convenience.

3. Choose one among them and contact that one to know the procedure for obtaining a Travel and Medical Insurance.
4. He/she will assist you in choosing the best Insurance Company. A list of recommended companies can be found in the following address details link
5. Choose a company of your convenience and make a visit to the office with the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Approach the relevant authority and obtain a quote by completing a Proposal form which will be issued by the authority.
7. With respect to the information provided, he/she will frame a quote and present it to you in some time.
8. Choose a plan of instalment for making the premium payment and submit the required documents as instructed.
9. Complete the process by following the instructions and you will have to sign an agreement policy document.
10. Carefully go through the terms and conditions and sign the policy with proper knowledge, then hand over it back to the authority.
11. Once all the internal processes are over, you will be issued with a Certificate for reference which will contain your policy particulars, through any applicable means.
