Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for operations of Safety and Emergency Training in person, the applicant has to make an application the Director of the Department of Petroleum Resources.
  2. The address and contact details of DPR can be found in the following contact link
  3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for permit/license for Establishment and Operations of Safety and Emergency Training centre from the relevant department.
  4. Complete the application form and attach the documents (as required) with the completed application.
  5. Then submit the application package to the relevant authority at the office. Pay the required amount of fees as directed by the officials.
  6. After submission, the submitted applications and attached documents will be reviewed by relevant officials.
  7. Then, the applicant company will be invited to make detailed presentation on their intentions, capabilities and competencies.
  8. At the time, the company should submit the list of documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  9. Followed by the presentation, a physical inspection will be conducted by the DPR which includes inspection, functional testing of equipment, and evaluation of the course module, qualifications, competencies and abilities of instructors.
  10. On viewing the outcomes of the above processes, the Director will process the approval request of the premises.
  11. Once all the necessary processes are over and the permit/license is ready for collection, you will be notified through phone or email and asked to collect the document.

  • Agreement with doctor for onsite clinic management
