- To Apply for National Examination Council (NECO) Certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via link
- The applicant has to select the type of examination.
- Followed by clicking the “Register Now” button.
- Enter all the details in the registration process and click the “Create Account” button.
- Now the applicant has to log in with email ID and password and then click the “Login to account”.
- Once logged in, locate the option to apply for a certificate. This may be listed as "Request Certificate" or a similar title. Click on the appropriate link to begin the application process.
- Enter the required information related to your NECO examination. This includes the examination year, examination type (e.g., SSCE, BECE), examination number, and other relevant details.
- Ensure the information entered is accurate and matches your examination records.
- Enter the PIN from the scratch card you purchased earlier to make the required payment for the certificate application. Follow the instructions on the website to complete the payment process.
- Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Double-check all the information you have entered and review the uploaded documents. Once you are satisfied with the details, click the “Submit” button.
- After submitting the application, print the confirmation page as evidence of your application. This page may contain a tracking number or reference code that you can use to monitor the status of your certificate application.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further.
- The certificate will be issued after the necessary verification and processing is completed.
- This entire process can be completed within 2 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

- The applicant has to click the “View Result” button.
- Enter and select all the examination details and click the “Check Result” button.
