Apply In-person
- To apply for Film and Video Exhibitor License in person, the applicant must visit the office of National Film and Video Censors' Board.
- Address and contact details of the NFVCB can be found in the following page: Contact
- Visit the office and get an application form to apply for a Film and Video Exhibitor License as applicable to your requirement from the respective department.
- Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
- Now, complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections. Attest it with your signature once completed.
- Once completed filling the application form, attach the required documents with the application form and submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.
- After submission, the application and other documents will be forwarded for examination and verification processes.
- Once the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved and the officials will proceed to take required steps to issue the license.
- When the license document is ready to be collected, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office and the applicant can collect it by any applicable means.

- The applying entity can be a National, Regional and Community Exhibitor of Films and Videos.

- Applicants are advised to complete the application form neatly and completely with absolute legibility and appropriateness to avoid rejections. Also, all the required documents must be furnished completely.
- Please include your license code (license number) in the Depositor’s name field of the bank deposit slip when paying.
- After payment, scan and email your payment teller to [email protected] Indicate your license code in the subject field of your email and also state the purpose of payment on the body of your email.
