Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach IPSA Department of inspection and Certification. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
2. You have to submit an Application form to IPSA Department of inspection and Certification
3. Application form can be found on the following link: Link
4. Download the application form and fill up your details.
5. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required Document” section of this page.
6. The applicant shall present the duly filled application form and documents at IPSA Department of inspection and Certification.
7. The concerned department reviews the documents and inspects the shipment destined for export.
8. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

Validity

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
