Apply In-Person:
- To apply for Tank Registration Certificate in person, the applicant has to visitthe Government Service Centre Division’s regional and area office nearest to their location.

- Visit the office and obtain application for Tank Registration Certificate from the respective department. Or click here to download Application form
- While visiting the office, the applicants should carry the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to complete the application with required details in respective fields under each section and submit it to the official with the required documents.
- The official will direct the applicant to pay the fees required for the certificate. Pay the required fees through any of the available modes.
- Fees details can be found in the “Fees” section of this page.After successful payment, the submitted application and attached documents will be assessed and verified.
- Upon completion of the assessment and verification, the applicant will be intimated through phone or email to collect theTank Registration Certificate.

- To apply for Tank Registration Certificate online, the applicant has to visit the following Apply online
- Visit the link and click “Login/Register” button. In the next page, the applicant has to enter the user details in the fields provided and click “Login” button, if the applicant already has an account.
- If not, click “Create an Account” button to create a new account. Enter all the details required in the account creation page and click “Submit” button.
- Click “Verify your Email now” button in the next page and enter the required details in upcoming page, then click “Submit” button.
- The email address will be verified and the applicant has to click “Login” button. Then, login using the user details and enter into the portal.
- Click “Create New Application” button in the portal and select the option as applicable in the next page. Then, click “Next” button.
- Similarly, complete the sections of the application as required by providing the required details under respective fields and clicking the “Continue” button.
- Once all the sections have been completed, the applicant has to click “Submit” button to submit the completed application.
- After submitting, the applicant may be prompted to pay the required fees. The applicant should follow the on screen instructions and complete the paymentthrough any of the available modes.
- Fees details can be found in the “Fees” section of this page. After successful payment, the submitted application and attached documents will be assessed and verified.
