Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Dental License, the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to click the “Apply Now” button.
  3. The applicant has to click the “NDEBCONNECT”.
  4. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Create account”
  5. Enter the ID and email details and click the “Next” button.
  6. Create a password and click the “Submit” button.
  7. Now the applicant has to log in username and password and then click the “Login” button.
  8. The applicant has to enter the following details and click the “Next” button.
  9. Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  10. Pay the necessary fee in online mode.
  11. The fee details for this procedure are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
  12. Once completed click the “Submit” button.
  13. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  14. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  15. Before the license is granted, you will likely need to provide proof of professional liability insurance coverage. The regulatory body will provide information on the required insurance and acceptable providers.
  16. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  17. The applicant will get the license from the office.
  18. If the application is approved and you have met all the requirements, you will be issued a Dental License. The regulatory body will provide you with your license and any accompanying documentation.
  19. This entire process can be completed within 15 – 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.


Apply In Person

  1. To Apply for Dental License, the applicant has to approach the Department of Justice link
  2. Once the application is completed with the training and insurance process, the applicant has to visit the office.
  3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  5. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  7. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.

EligibilityEdit

To be eligible to apply for a dental license in Canada, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of a dental school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
  • Pass the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) examination.
