Procedure

• You must complete the application process.

Eligibility

• You must at least 18 years and have held a restricted licence for at least 18 months or
• Be aged at least 17 years and have held a restricted licence for at least 12 months and have completed anapproved advanced driving course or
• Be aged at least 25 years and have held a restricted licence for at least six months (or three months if you have completed an approved advanced driving course).
