New Delhi - Online Obtain Electricity Connection through BSES

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In this page please click “Next” option against “New Connection” and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : Click “New User” option to register yourself. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 5 : Complete the registration form and click “Submit >” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Confirm” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Select the request type from the dropdown menu and click “Go” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : Complete applicant details section with valid details and click “Next >” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : Complete address details section with valid details and click “Next >” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 10 : Complete category/license section with valid details and click “Next >” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 11 : Click “Choose File” tab highlighted in RED to attach files. Then click “Upload” tab to upload the attached files. Then click “Next >” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 12 : Click “Choose File” tab to attach files. Then click “Upload” tab to upload the attached files. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 13 : Then click “Next >” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 14 : Now click the checkbox highlighted in RED and then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 15 : After successful submission, a receipt for acknowledgement will get generated. Keep it safe.

Step 16 : On the scheduled date go to the respective office and submit the set of documents and follow authorities guidelines to get connection.

Step 17 : This submitted application will be processed further. Notification from department (through SMS or over phone) for further process will reach applicant.

Step 18 : Applicant shall go to the respective office with the printout of application along with other documents and follow the guidelines to get the connection.
