New Delhi - Online Change or Update Address or information in Driver License (DL)

Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.

Step 3:Select the state “New Delhi” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4: Under “Driving License” heading select the option “Services On DL (Renewal/Duplicate/AEDL/Others)” as highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5:Click on “Continue” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : In the next page enter the Driving license number and Date of Birth and click the “Get DL Details” Option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 7:Please follow the screen instructions fill the application form and submit the required documents.

Step 8:You will also get the appointment date for visiting RTO office to process the application.

Step 9:Take printout of the application form including Acknowledgement form and go to RTO office before 11:30 a.m. and submit the application to the RTO official. Authorities will advice the fee amount to be paid. On the appropriate counter pay the fees and submit the application and documents to process the application.
