Apply Online

  1. To Apply for a Health Trade License, the applicant has to make their application online via the Municipal Council link
  2. The applicant has to enter the details in the application form.
  3. Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. Finally, complete the declaration with the captcha code and click the “Register” button.
  5. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  6. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  7. The local health department or municipal authorities may inspect the healthcare establishment to ensure that it complies with all health and safety standards.
  8. After the inspection, the authorities will verify the information provided in the application and the compliance of your establishment with relevant regulations.
  9. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  10. Once the process is completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  11. If everything is in order and the establishment meets the necessary criteria, the Health Trade License will be granted. The applicant will receive a physical copy of the license.
  12. The applicant has to ensure that the Health Trade License is prominently displayed at the healthcare establishment as required by local regulations.
  13. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.



Apply In Person

  1. To Apply for a Health Trade License, the applicant has to approach the state Municipal Corporation link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. An acknowledgement receipt will be provided. The applicant has to save it for future reference.
