Procedure

1. To apply for license or permit related to exporting of ozone depleting substances from Myanmar (Burma), the applicant has to contact the Department of Forestry.
2. A completed application form along with the required documents should be submitted at the Department of Forestry.
3. The authorities validate the documents submitted and evaluate product submitted for approval to export.
4. If the authorities approve that the product to be exported, the applicant makes an application for an export license at the Ministry of Commerce and the export license or permit will be issued.
5. Also an application for registration of business at the environmental conservation department.
6. After verification of business registration an endorsement for exporting is issued by the respective department.
