To apply for a Storage permit or license the applicant has to contact the Ministry of Mines. Following listed are contact information that can be used for contacting the respective officials. • The application from that the authorized person of company of organization signed.
• The recommendation of Region Government that attention to the Union Minister for Ministry of Mines.
• The recommendation of Township General Administration Department.
• The recommendation of Township Fire Department.
• The recommendation of Township Development committee.
• Lay Out Plan of Proposed Area.
• Detail Drawing of Proposed Stroage Tank or yard.
• Photograph of stroage Tank, Yard & in clouding.
• The Document that concerned property of land.
• The recommendation of the person that live around the shop and with endoresement Quarter Administration.
• The Permit letter that the owner or BOD has been signed in front of DG or DDG.
