Procedure

• Individual Record of Civil Status may be obtained from the vital place of residence of the person concerned.
• Submit all the required documents.
• Pay the administrative fee.
• Claim your document in the same office where you submitted your application.

• The family book or booklet identity and civil status
• An extract of birth, not older than 3 months

Eligibility

Any interested person or his representative may apply to obtain an Individual Record of Civil Status.

Fees

You have to pay an administrative fee amounting to 2 DH to obtain an individual record of your civil status.

Validity

The Individual Record of Civil Status is valid for a period of three months.

Processing Time

You will receive your Individual Record of Civil Status on the same day you submitted your request.
