Procedure

1. Go to the Office of Police.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.
4. Apply for the certificate of residence (medical record).
5. Pay the fee.

• an extract of birth certificate
• School certificate or work
• a statement describing the tax status of the owner
