Procedure

1. Go to the Office of Administration of Customs and Indirect Taxes.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.

Required Documents

• Application by the company of a Moroccan or foreign assistance company , approved by the Administration of Customs and Direct taxes, on behalf of the concerned persons ( Moroccans living abroad or foreigners living in Morocco)
• Air ticket (air waybill or other) covering the expedition of the part or spare part imported to Morocco , established in the name of the Moroccan assistance company authorized for this purpose by the Administration of Customs and Direct Taxes or in the name of one of the local representatives of foreign assistance companies. The pass must include references of the foreign vehicle to be repaired, as well as the identity of its owner
• After approval of the department concerned, the applicant must submit:
  • Documents of the vehicle to be repaired
  • Declaration D16 or D16 bis ter

Eligibility

Moroccan assistance company or one of the local representatives of foreign assistance companies, delegated by a Moroccan living abroad, Moroccan assistance company of one of local representatives of foreign assistance companies, delegated by a foreign tourist.

Following are the procedures on how to apply for temporary admission parts and spare parts in Morocco.

The temporary admission (TA) is an economic customs system that allows companies to import free of duties, taxes, prohibitions and restrictions on entry, equipment and diverse products, free of duties, taxes, prohibitions and restrictions on entry.

Parts and spare parts for the repair of private motor vehicles registered abroad imported under this system may be released on behalf of a Company or a Moroccan assistance local representatives of foreign assistance companies delegated by a Moroccan living abroad or a foreign tourist in a customs office in the Kingdom, in one of the customs offices inside Morocco.
